HERE ARE THE MINIMUM BASIC COMPONENTS OF AN INSPECTION.

The structural Inspection is a visual inspection of the foundation, interior and exterior walls, grading and drainage, roof coverings, roof and attic structures, ceilings and floors,windows, fireplaces and chimneys, and porches or other attached structures.

The electrical inspection covers the service entrance and panels as well as the branch circuits, devices,and fixtures.

Heating and cooling systems are visually inspected as well as mechanically tested.  Ducts and vents are inspected.

Next, the plumbing supply system and fixtures, the drains, wastes, and vents, and water heater are inspected.  Indoor hydrotherapy systems are included here.

Finally, all appliances included with the house are visually inspected and tested for satisfactory operation.

Optional items include features such as swimming pools, outdoor cooking equipment, or well and septic systems.
